Brown cloth with dulled gilt titling on spine. Pegasus bookplate from George F. Butler, possibly former Chicago physician and head of the Alma Sanitarium. Bookplate designed by W.W, Denslow, the artist famous for his illustrations in the first edition of "The Wizard of Oz". Binding solid with just the front hinge showing a little play. Rubbing at head/tail of spine and corners bumped. Textblock clean and unmarked. Very Good- and scarce.
