Anna Riva was the pen name of Dorothy Spencer (1922–2003), a prolific American occultist and publisher active in Los Angeles during the 1970s and 1980s. Through her company, International Imports, she produced and distributed a wide range of books, oils, powders, and ritual supplies aimed at practitioners of folk magic and ceremonial traditions. Her accessible manuals, including the Voodoo Handbook of Cult Secrets, helped popularize modern forms of practical magic and remain influential among contemporary spiritualists and collectors of occult literature.
