Yogi Ramacharaka was the pseudonym of William Walker Atkinson (1862–1932), an influential American writer associated with the New Thought movement. Writing under several names, Atkinson popularized Eastern spiritual and occult ideas for Western audiences in the early twentieth century. His works under the Ramacharaka name combined Hindu philosophy, yoga, and metaphysical healing, and were published primarily by the Yogi Publication Society of Chicago.
