All edges gilt. Head/tail of spine cloth rubbed and mildly crushed. Bookplate of Francis Henderson inside front cover with motto "Quo Me Cunque Rapit Tempestas, Deteror Hospes" (from Horace's "Odes", "Wherever the storm drives me, I am borne as a guest"). A handful of spotted pages but generally clean. Rear hinge barely starting. Very Good+
