One of the earliest printings of Montgomery’s enormously influential first novel, issued scarcely more than a year after the first edition and during the title’s explosive initial popularity. Covers moderately worn and darkened with rubbing at corners and spine ends. Rear hinge a bit tender. Owner inscription dated "September 1909" on FFEP. Very Good.
