Four sheets comprising five related costume designs in gouache and pencil on paper. Three sheets measure 15” x 11”; one slightly smaller at 13 3/8” x 10 1/8”. One sheet with an additional design on the reverse. One example signed “M. Montedoro.” From the collection of Hella Aronson, a close friend of the artist. Sheets show pencil underdrawing, color development, and working annotations (“shape of organdie wig,” costume and accessory notes). Light edge wear and minor surface irregularities consistent with working artist material. Very Good.

A cohesive group showing variation and development within a single theatrical costume concept, well-suited for framing together to highlight the progression across designs.
