Signed by August Derleth on the title page. Noticeable rubbing and wear to the cloth, most evident at the spine ends and along the front hinge, with a small nick to the front joint and light scuffing to the boards. Binding remains tight and square; gilt on spine strong; internally clean and notably fresh. Very Good-.
