Harry Blackstone (1885–1965) was one of the most celebrated American magicians of the early twentieth century, renowned for his grand stage illusions and charismatic showmanship. Known as “The Great Blackstone,” he toured extensively during vaudeville’s golden age, performing feats such as the Floating Light Bulb and the Vanishing Birdcage. His influence extended to generations of magicians who followed, helping to shape modern stage magic in both performance and presentation.
