Rear hinge cracked/front hinge starting but textblock is solid and no loose pages were noted. 3 inch split in the cloth at the front edge of the spine, as pictured. Mild toning to margins. Rubbing at head/tail of spine and corners bumped. Overall, Good+ and highly collectible.
