Top edge stained red, now faded and with a spot of discoloration near spine. Bottom edge foxed. Internally clean and tight. Very Good+. An excellent source for turtle and crab recipes.

Note that about 90% of the illustrations are cartoons parroting various versions of the same racist joke.
