Olive green cloth with gilt cover decoration and spine titling. Extremities lightly rubbed. Mild foxing noted throughout. Front hinge barely starting. Very Good.
Hugh Thomson (1860–1920) was one of the most beloved British illustrators of the late Victorian and Edwardian eras, celebrated for his delicate line work and keen eye for period detail. His illustrations, often filled with charm and wit, brought new life to classic authors such as Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, and J. M. Barrie.
