"America Pictorially Described" by Matthew Johnson [James B. Knapp, c1893]. Undated but with prize bookplate from 1893. With 67 black & white illustrations. Covers major cities like New York, Washington, and Boston as well as major landmarks like Yellowstone and Niagara Falls. Exterior is very clean with just some light rubbing to head/tail of spine and corners. Interior has the aforementioned bookplate. Front/back hinges intact but some minor separation forming between a couple signatures near the center of the book. Clean textblock. Overall, Very Good and scarce.
