Hardcover in original dust jacket. 191pp. Jacket chipped at head of spine and with a moderate tear along rear spine edge; as the jacket is now protected in mylar, the tear is well held together and doesn't show significantly. Book beneath jacket is clean and tight. Very Good+ in Fair jacket.
